We do our best to ensure that the information on this site is accurate, complete, and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that all the information is always correct or current. The content on this site is meant for general information only and should not be used as the only source for making decisions. It’s important to consult more reliable and updated sources when needed.

6. Characteristics of Products

• Before placing any order, the buyer can view, on the site, the characteristics of each product they wish to order.

• The products are offered for sale online within the limits of available stock. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.

• We strive to provide the most accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not guarantee that the product descriptions are complete or error-free. The buyer is, however, informed and accepts that certain characteristics of the products, particularly their color, may not exactly match the photographs presented on the Site due to technical constraints.

• All products’ description and images or pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. 

• Condition report: we take the responsibility to present items on the Site that are in working order. Some items go through processes of renovation. We may choose to disclose or withhold any renovation made to the items as part of the description. As the items presented are vintage, they will have different signs of wear consistent with their use and age. To help the buyer make an informed decision, we can provide any additional information or photographs beyond those included in the description on the Site. 7. Orders

• The buyer must ensure that the contact information provided on the site during their order is accurate and up to date, and that it allows them to receive the order confirmation email, which includes their invoice. If they do not receive this email, the buyer must contact us using the contact information provided in the "Contact" section.

• Payment must be made at the time of purchase via the available payment methods on our website.

• After placing their order, the buyer receives a confirmation email along with the invoice.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel and revert an order, in our sole discretion, for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in the product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Additionally, if a transaction amount is equal to or exceeds €10,000, there are specific obligations related to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in the EU.

8. Pricing and methods of payment

• The prices of the products are displayed on the Site.

• The applicable price is the one displayed on the Site at the time of the buyer’s order and payment.

• The prices are indicated in sterling (£).

• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and under terms we determine, to change the price, offer promotional offers or price reductions.

• The prices do not include applicable delivery costs, which are charged as an additional fee. The choice of delivery and the amount of applicable delivery costs will be agreed after reception of payment as confirmed by the confirmation email sent.

9. Ownership of property

We retain full ownership of the products sold until full payment is received and confirmed by the confirmation email.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery and/or shipping is not included in the item price.

Once the payment has gone through as confirmed by the confirmation email sent, we will send you an email within the next day to choose from available delivery methods and confirm with the buyer on its preferred delivery method. The delivery method will have to be discussed and agreed on by email.

Available shipping methods, times and costs will vary depending on the buyer’s location.

We offer worldwide tailor-made solutions for the shipping of your items, from first class white glove delivery to custom made case by case solutions.

Delivery options available differ from one item to the other. Options will vary between:

• Free delivery of your item directly to your door by our team in Central London at an agreed date and time.

Some areas in Greater London can be delivered free of charge or with an applicable surcharge in some cases, to be confirmed and agreed with us.

We remain responsible for any loss or damage caused during the delivery. Any damage would have to be declared upon reception of the items.

• Collection in person or by your own preferred courier to collect from a specified address in Central London at an agreed date and time. Exact address to be provided after confirmation of order and chosen delivery method.

If you choose to have your item delivered by your courier of choice, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused from the moment of collection until delivery.

• We can provide quotations from our preferred trusted shipper upon request, if you supply us with your full delivery address and your contact details.

We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused from the moment of collection until delivery. Unless agreed otherwise, quotations will include insurance making the shippers responsible in case of any issues. Our trusted shippers will also handle packing under our careful supervision and will leave our space in the same condition as sold.

Overseas shipment

All prices and shipping services are quoted in sterling (£).

All shipping, local import duties and any additional charges are the customers' responsibility.

11. Returns and Refunds

We don’t offer the possibility to exchange or return our items unless agreed otherwise in advance, prior to purchase.
